DEPOSIT
The deposit for the reservation will be half of the total payment of the booked stay. It will be done by bank transfer, and the rest of the payment will be paid when arriving to the house. The reservation cannot be cancelled 30 days until the date of reservation. In case of cancellation or failure to appear, this deposit will not be returned or substituted by other date.
